YM Contract Notes: NFP Friday. What still makes sense to me is a trip up to 14530 / 14618 - 14621 followed by a test of some support below at 14154 - 14144. I plan to remain nimble and focus on TS #'s and Execution/Target Zones. <<< initial test up complete now do we get the test down? NFP Friday.
Macro Technical View: New all time highs for the Dow. One thing that can be clear is it is likely not going to be a V Top. 14048 TS # is macro line in the sand. News gap last Sunday. Headline risk in play.
Since the end of 2012 it has been in the Contract Notes that over and holding 13245 and we likely get new all time highs in the Dow. Multiple big extended up targets have been hit since 1/8/2013 when TS TradePlan first called for swing longs: 13523, 13836 and 13992, 14148, 14338. The only TS # that has been tested from above after breaking over was 13836 on 2/21/13 and again on 2/25/13. A correction was attempted after the .19 TRIN tick on 2/15/2013 but since March 1 short squeeze has been in effect.
Also of note that no major crash has taken place without first making new all time highs. <<< we now have the new all time dow highs. 13133 and 15218 on DOW Cash are two macro areas of interest.
