Never Give Up

How easy would it have been for the rookie to give up?

After driving 97 yards with 3:40 to play in the 4th quarter to score the go ahead touchdown, essentially sealing the game, and marking the score Seattle 17 Chicago 14, while leaving the Bears with only 24 seconds left on the game clock, Russell Wilson watched as Jay Cutler delivered an improbable 56 yard pass to Brandon Marshall followed by a 45 yard field goal to tie the game as time expired.

But winners always believe and never give up.

At least that is what Russell Wilson said after the game: "You have to just keep believing in the system and believe that you are going to win every game". So that is what Russell and the rest of the Seahawks did. Starting off by winning the coin toss in OT and then driving 80 yards to score a touchdown and end the game on the first possession with a 13 yard pass to Sidney Rice that left the receiver unconscious.

Winners always believe and never give up. This kid is a winner!
